Chief Operating Officer
Liewood · Copenhagen
Six functions; operating model redesign; Extended Management Group cadence; first S&OP cycles; supply chain and 3PL commercial reset; AI from pilot to governed practice.
/WHOIS/
Operations and supply executive who thinks in systems: maps how a consumer brand sources, makes and runs end to end, spots where the pattern breaks, and rewires operating model, supplier system, product data and teams as one design.
I am currently Chief Operating Officer at Liewood (~1B DKK Scandinavian children’s lifestyle), accountable for six functions — supply chain, customer success, buying and planning, business transformation, IT, and compliance — with the operating model, the operational cost base, and the operational half of the growth agenda owned end to end.
At Liewood I redesigned the organisation into a four-function product-to-market loop + Business Enablement, landed the first S&OP cycles, and moved the 3PL commercial model onto cost-per-unit so customer-level cost-to-serve became visible. Master data in Business Central is the spine: AI reliability, marketplace readiness and reporting all resolve to the same foundation.
At PVH I led global supply chain transformation across Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein — unified operating model and integrated platform delivering lead times −20%, ops cost −10%, OTD +15% — then built the supplier performance, product data and traceability infrastructure underneath it: Digital Product Passport strategy, fiber-level chain of custody via TextileGenesis, reporting gaps and supplier failures −30%, material waste −15%. I also represented supply chain in PVH’s OpenAI partnership steering group with live SC use cases.
Before that I ran end-to-end operations as Head of Operations at flaconi through multi-market expansion, and as Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing and M&A operations integration at Stryker — €28M sourcing savings across 32 MedTech plants alongside a global SAP rollout. Earlier, I built PVH’s Asia sourcing hub (Calvin Klein Asia supplier integration to 97% OTD) and scaled product and global supply chain at George Gina & Lucy from €5M to €250M.
Best fit where sourcing depth, operating-model change and future-ready supply (data, compliance, circularity) have to move as one system — including AI from pilot to practice with named owners, not slideware alone.
Direction with the board; execution in the operational detail. Credibility comes from having run the functions, not only advised on them.
Transformations fail at the seams. I bridge commercial intent, systems and master data, and the regulatory agenda as one design problem.
Decision rights, cadence, and clear ownership are how organisations absorb change without losing service, margin, or people.
